Not exactly what you expected? No problem. A 30-day return policy is in place to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
How to return an item
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To start a return, email us at help@charlottevelvet.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will send you the return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie and earrings can only be returned unused and with the hygiene seal intact.
- Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
